A Flynn Onsite Medical Representative (OMR), is an EMT/Paramedic/RN who provides immediate first aid, injury prevention, and health surveillance within industrial workplaces. We assess injuries, manage safety protocols, and coordinate care. 

Key Services: First Aid & Triage: Provide on-the-spot care for injuries and illnesses, and determine if outside medical treatment is necessary. 

Safety Compliance: Assist with OSHA regulations, perform safety audits, and participate in investigations. 

Wellness Programs: Lead wellness initiatives, such as hydration programs or ergonomic coaching.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all medical care provided and manage workers' compensation cases. 

Training: Train employees in CPR, First Aid, and AED usage.
